McCain, was concerned that her self-paid insurance premiums had risen in the last five years from $1,900 annually to $4,500 annually. Following the event, she and friends Rosann Muller, Sarah Robinson and Autumn Spritzer made their sentiments visually known to the departing motorists.

But he concluded his opportunity to speak by asking the senator why he had not better supported Sarah Palin, the senator's vice presidential running mate, after their unsuccessful run for the country's two top positions. McCain had a strong response. "I would be glad to provide you with a long record," including comments from Palin herself, he said.
