Kenneth "KC" Carter is running for a two-year seat on the Oro Valley Town Council because he believes he has what it takes to represent his fellow citizens.

The Town of Oro Valley has stepped up efforts to fight graffiti in the community, bringing in resources that include property management companies, businesses and students from the community's two public high schools.

Marana Town Manager Gilbert Davidson used a cell phone on a table to illustrate his intent for expanded participation from the community's employees, elected officials and citizens.
