The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) is proposing revisions to Pima County Code (PCC) Title 13 (Solid Waste) and the County's fee schedule relating to Pima County’s landfills and transfer stations. I love the character of Superman, and although he may not be my favorite comic-book hero I still admire what he symbolizes and his rich pop culture history. My eighteen-year-old daughter’s beloved first car broke down on the side of I-10 about a month ago.
